Missing the gym? No problem, lets continue to keep fit from the comfort of our own homes. There is loads we can do, with or without equipment. We have put together a list of the best exercises that target specifically your arms (biceps & triceps)
For each exercises aim for 3-5 sets of each and between 12-20 reps. So clear some space and give them a go
The workout:
Triceps:
- Close grip press ups
- Dips
- Band press downs
- Tricep kickbacks with water bottles
Biceps:
- Pull ups
- Dumbbell hammer curls (you can use water bottles if you have no equipment)
- Dumbbell supinated curls (palms facing up)
- Dumbell twisting curls
