Our 6 Week Transformation
The ABS 6 Week programme is the result of years of experience and study that have gone into its development.
The programme has been designed to help our clients push themselves to deliver life-changing results in a little over a month.
The way we have arranged the programme, matched with the skill and knowledge of our personal trainers, means that we can tailor an approach for this programme that will suit you and your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle outside of the gym.
What you get with the programme
Your 6 Week journey starts with a free consultation with a member of our team. In the consultation you will talk through your body goals and what you want to achieve from the programme.
From this, your personal trainer will develop an approach that works for you. We take body fat readings which will help us to adapt the programme to suit you, as well as monitor your progress.
3 PT Sessions A Week
On our 6 Week Transformation programme you will train 3 times a week with your personal trainer. Each session is 45 minutes long.
You will work with your PT to decide which days and at which times you will train so that the training suits your schedule.
The sessions will be tailored to suit your 6 week goals and your fitness levels. Your PT will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are getting the absolute most from every session.
On the 6 week programme we will review your process by using our state-of-the-art body fat machine.
This machine is able to give incredibly accurate readings about your body composition. It will enable your trainer to tailor the programme to suit you, both in terms of your training and nutrition.
Throughout the 6 weeks, you will be able to review your progress in fantastic detail and your trainer will be able to adapt the programme as you go depending on your readings.
Tailored Nutrition Plan
To compliment your training in the gym you will be provided with a tailored nutrition plan that you will help to design with your personal trainer.
It will be made bespoke to suit your goals, tastes and lifestyle.
The plan will be varied and can be adapted over the 6 weeks if needed.
We can also provide you with an additional supplement plan if needed. Like your nutrition plan, the supplement guide will be tailored to suit you.
From ABS, you will receive the absolute best in personal training, highest standard gym spaces and one-to-one support to help you achieve the very best results. Of course, the 6 week programme will be challenging, but you would expect no less. It will be fun and you will always be met with a positive and supportive atmosphere at our gyms.
At ABS we want to set you up for success, so once the 6 weeks are finished we’ll have hit those areas where you’re storing the most fat, and you’ll have nutrition and exercise plans to try out yourself.
