Our 6 week and 16 week transformation programmes are two of our most popular programmes for achieving results.
Beyond these we have monthly programmes along with vegan/vegetarian and post-natal services. The team of personal trainers in The City will work closely with you to ensure whichever programme you choose is made bespoke to suit you.

At ABS, we specialise in personal training one-to-one but we also provide the option to train in a pair on all of our programmes. This can be a great option not only so you can split the cost of personal training between you and a friend or relative but also because we find it can help motivate you when you train with someone you know.

Our personal training gym in The City of London is based at Wilson’s Corner at 23 Wilson St which saddles The City and Shoreditch. Located a stone’s throw from Moorgate and bustling Liverpool Street and within walking distance to Finsbury Circus Gardens, the gym is ideally situated to be reached from across the financial district.
Visitors and clients can access the gym via the main entrance at Wilson’s Corner.

From your consultation you will work with our team to choose your programme and then, once matched with your PT you will begin to build a bespoke training and nutrition plan tailored to your body and goals.

Your first session is where you hit the ground running. Following an in-depth body composition scan to establish base line metrics, your trainer will lead you through your first tailored workout on the gym floor taking you carefully through a range of exercises.

Throughout your programmme you will be constantly monitored by your PT to ensure your plan is working for you. If things need to be tweaked they will be to ensure fast and measurable progress.
FAQs
We have a range of programme lengths available at our gyms in City of London, London Victoria, Manchester, Liverpool and South Liverpool. On our programmes, you can train between 1-6 times a week depending on what suits your schedule. On our 6 week transformation programme we advise at least 3 times a week in order to see the best results. Ultimately, the decision is yours. If you only want to train once a week, that is fine. We work around you and your lifestyle.
On the whole, most of our clients train with us 1-2-1. However, if you do not wish to train alone we do offer partner training on all of our programmes. When you train in a pair you can split the cost of whichever training programme you choose at our gym. Our partner training can be a great way to keep you on target and motivated towards your goals, as you can mutually support each other through the programme. You still receive 1-2-1 support from the trainer during the session and you both receive independent training and nutrition plans to follow depending on your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle.
Yes. All of our gyms are easily accessible via public transport. In Liverpool city centre, our Castle Street gym is only a short walk from Moorfields underground train station and close to bus stops at the top of Castle Street and Dale St. Liverpool Central station is about 10-15 minutes away too. In Manchester, our gym on Peter St is close to tram and bus stops in St Peter’s Square and a short walk from Manchester Deansgate and Oxford Road train stations. ABS South Liverpool is based just off Speke Boulevard and can be easily accessed by local bus services. Hunts Cross train station is also close by. Our London Victoria gym is based at 60 Buckingham Palace Rd, SW1W 0AH. Visitors and clients can access the gym via the main entrance at Number 60. Local bus services run along Buckingham Palace Rd and nearby train stations include Victoria. The nearest Tube stop is Victoria. Green Park and St James Park are a short walk away. Our City of London gym is nestled neatly between Moorgate and Liverpool St stations with buses also running from across Moorgate and from Shoreditch. Typically our gyms are open from 06:00. We do offer training before this time but that is usually something that can be decided between you and your trainer. Our last sessions tend to be around 20:00.
This is absolutely not necessary. We work with such a varied client base, from those who train all the time and love the gym, to clients who have never set foot in a gym before. There is no need to try and get fit before you come to us as it is our job to help you find the right approach to fitness and nutrition so you can train safely and sustainably. No matter where you are up to in your fitness journey, we will adapt our methods to make our programmes work for you. Our aim is to help you feel fitter, healthier and stronger. There is also no need to lose weight before coming to us. Like with your training we will develop and approach to nutrition that works for you.
Yes. We have worked with loads of clients after they have had a baby. We tailor the training and nutrition every step of the way to ensure we are training sensibly and carefully. We have also worked with clients throughout their pregnancy.
On all our programme offers, we have flexible payment plans in place to suit budgets. For example you can split payments on our 6 week programme and pay monthly on some of our longer term services.
