Our monthly programme comes with 2 options. A one off 4 week programme, or a 16 week programme.
Our 16 weeks programme provides long term results, it helps you continuously improve and allows us to move at a pace to suit you and your lifestyle through your transformation.
Our 4 week programme can be suited if you are on a faster time scale than our six weeks programme, you struggle to fit three sessions per week in, or you want to test how training at ABS works for you.

Our 16 week programme allows us to get amazing intense transformations but is also a very popular programme for clients who want a more long term approach to there training and results. This programme is also very common for someone who wants to continue training with us after there six week transformation or for someone who wants to improve there fitness levels and improve there current physique while enjoying there lifestyle at the same time.
