16 Week Programme
Our 16 week programme provides long term results as it helps you to continuously improve and allows our personal trainers more time to fine tune your training and nutrition programme to help you achieve the very best results.
It is most often used as a follow up programme from our Six Week Transformation to maintain and further improve on our client’s initial results.
This programme is suited to our clients that are looking to achieve more long term goals, including; life changing transformations, muscle gain and maintaining body goals all year round.
