We have a range of programme lengths available at our gyms in London, Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds. On our programmes, you can train between 1-6 times a week depending on what suits your schedule. On our 6 week transformation programme we advise at least 3 times a week in order to see the best results. Ultimately, the decision is yours. If you only want to train once a week, that is fine. We work around you, your goals and your lifestyle.
On the whole, most of our clients train with us 1-2-1. However, if you do not wish to train alone we do offer partner training on all of our programmes. When you train in a pair you can split the cost of whichever training programme you choose at our gym. Our partner training can be a great way to keep you on target and motivated towards your goals, as you can mutually support each other through the programme. You still receive 1-2-1 support from the trainer during the session and you both receive independent training and nutrition plans to follow depending on your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle.

This is absolutely not necessary. We work with such a varied client base, from those who train all the time and love the gym, to clients who have never set foot in a gym before. There is no need to try and get fit before you come to us as it is our job to help you find the right approach to fitness and nutrition so you can train safely and sustainably. No matter where you are up to in your fitness journey, we will adapt our methods to make our programmes work for you. Our aim is to help you feel fitter, healthier and stronger. There is also no need to lose weight before coming to us. Like with your training we will develop and approach to nutrition that works for you.
Yes. We have worked with loads of clients after they have had a baby. We tailor the training and nutrition every step of the way to ensure we are training sensibly and carefully. We have also worked with clients throughout their pregnancy.
On all our programme offers, we have flexible payment plans in place to suit budgets. For example you can split payments on our 6 week programme and pay monthly on some of our longer term services. For more information on prices and payment plans, it is best to contact our team.
Absolutely. Our personal trainers are experts at designing bespoke nutrition plans that are tailored to compliment your goals, your training, your lifestyle and your tastes. When you start with us, you will work closely with your trainer to help them to design a plan that you can easily follow. It is not about removing everything you like to eat, rather finding a good, healthy and sustainable balance in your nutrition. We want you to enjoy your meals as this is key to sustaining your programme and the results you achieve. Throughout you will always have the help and support of your trainer whenever you should need it.
We have a range of programme options and within them a range of price options and payment plans. We do not publish our prices as we like to speak with each prospective client individually to understand which programme they are interested in, how often they would like to train and if they intend to train by themselves or with a training partner. All of this can affect the price of our programmes, so because of this we will discuss prices with each prospective client either via a telephone call, email or in person at our gym spaces. If you would like to have a chat over the phone you can book your own telephone consultation via our Online Booking System.
Yes, all of our gyms have disabled access.
Yes, we try our very best to have male and female personal trainers at all of our facilities to give you the choice of who you would like to train with. Where we do not have either a male or a female personal trainer available, we would still encourage you to come into our gym spaces to meet the team. All our personal trainers are friendly, welcoming, dedicated and professional. They are used to working with a variety of clients of all abilities and adapt their approach to suit each client.
At all of our gym locations we do offer Saturday personal training sessions if these work for you, however our gyms are closed on Sundays.
We can open on UK Bank Holidays but we leave this for you to arrange with you personal trainer.
Yes, we have a wide range of programmes to suit individual client needs. Our 6 week transformation programme is one of our most popular but we also specialise in 8, 12 and 16 week programmes. These longer-term programmes can suit clients who want to achieve more specific long-term goals. Longer programmes also allow more time for our trainers to fine tune programmes so they work optimally for clients. If none of our set programme lengths work, we are always led by our clients and the goals, schedules and lifestyles they have. If you need a more bespoke programme, the best thing to do is to book a free consultation with a member of our team and we will work with you to get you the programme design you need.
The ideal number of personal training sessions depends on your goals, current fitness level and lifestyle. Many clients begin with two or three sessions each week to build momentum, while others train once a week alongside independent workouts. During your consultation, your trainer will recommend a schedule that suits your goals, availability and budget, with the flexibility to adjust your programme as you progress.

Visible changes in body composition often take longer, but our focus is always on helping you achieve sustainable, long-term results rather than quick fixes.

Most importantly, come ready to discuss your goals and ask any questions you may have. Your trainer will guide you through everything else during your first session.
A light meal or snack containing carbohydrates and some protein around one to two hours before training is often a good option for most people. However, nutritional advice should always be tailored to the individual, which is why your trainer will provide personalised guidance based on your goals, schedule and preferences.
