How it works
- Once signed up, you will receive initial assessment forms to fill out
- We’ll use those to assess your training and nutrition background, your goals and how best to tailor your programmes to your current lifestyle
- We then create a bespoke transformation programme for you to follow
- You will have weekly catch ups with your dedicated trainer to make sure everything is working smoothly for you
- We will make any changes or updates as needed throughout the programme, including new workout plans every 2 weeks
