We are so excited to announce that we are adding to our portfolio of premium personal training facilities with a new location in the heart of one of London’s most desirable postcodes, Belgravia.
The current space at 60 Buckingham Palace Rd is undergoing a major overhaul as it becomes one of the capitals must visit fitness destinations. The transformation of the space will see top-of-the range equipment installed.
The new Buckingham Palace Rd gym will offer a range of transformation programmes, as well as bespoke nutrition and exercise plans tailored to each new client that walks through the door. Personal trainers will work with clients at every step of the way and provide support and guidance, inside and outside of gym sessions.
The gym is set for a grand launch event in April 2023 with more information coming soon.
Founder and owner, Connor O’Brien, who started training his first clients at the age of 17 in his parent’s back garden shed has grown the company into a premium gym brand, which despite several months of closure due to the pandemic, has grown exponentially with a new gym on Castle Street in Liverpool, one in Leeds city centre and now ABS’ new Belgravia location.
Speaking about the opening of his new London location, Connor said:
