BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!! WE’RE OPENING A GYM IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE!

We are so excited to be adding to our portfolio of premium personal training facilities with a new location in the heart of Leeds city centre at 6 East Parade.

Our new 1800sq ft location will now undergo a major overhaul as it becomes one of the city’s top fitness spaces. The overhaul of the space will see top-of-the range equipment installed into the new gym facility, which will become our first personal training gym location outside of the North-West.

Leeds will become our fourth location adding to our family of gyms in Liverpool city centre, South Liverpool and Manchester city centre. The new Leeds gym will become renowned for high-quality personal training with sessions by appointment only, and since our establishment in 2012 we have become known for the impressive results of our expertly designed programmes, including our six-week transformation programme.

The new East Parade gym will offer a range of transformation programmes, as well as bespoke nutrition and exercise plans tailored to each new client that walks through the door.

The gym is set for a grand launch event in early 2023 with more information coming soon.

Despite its tough sessions, Connor and his team are keen to make clear that everyone will be welcome at the gym. He added:
