Fats can be great in a diet but are you eating too much of them?
Being aware of portion sizes of the fats you are consuming is key. Over eating certain calorie dense fats can make you go over your daily calorie limit. Speak with your personal trainer about your calorie intake and how to better introduce healthy fats into your diet.
As a simple guide, below we have grouped some of the main fats that you may consume daily or weekly. As you can see, consuming only a small amount of these fats pack a big calorie count but when worked properly into a nutrition plan they can be fantastic for you.

Cashew Nuts
25g/13 cashew nuts = 146cal
Avocado
1 medium = 240cal
Cashew Nut Butter
1 tsp = 80cal
