At ABS, although we specialise in personal training one-to-one and in pairs, we also occasionally host group personal training sessions.
These can be a great way to see our gym space and experience what personal training is like at our gym in Manchester.
At our group classes we put you through a 1 hour workout, either with weights or a high intensity body weight/HIIT workout.
Depending on numbers we will either lead the whole group together or we will split everyone up into smaller groups and lead mini workouts.
