The very first step is to book a free consultation at your chosen gym. In the consultation a member of the team will show you around, followed by a brief chat about your goals, how the personal training works and the range of programmes we have to choose from.

At your consultation we will go through in detail all the programmes we have available to find the right fit for your goals.
No matter which programme you choose, it will be expertly tailored by your trainer to suit your circumstances.

Once you’ve signed up we will be welcoming you to your first session!
You will sit down with your new trainer to set the goals you want to achieve, talk through a bespoke nutrition plan & do a full-body composition analysis.
Then you’ll do your first workout and you’re on your way.

Over the coming weeks you will be working hard with your trainer to achieve the very best results possible and will be feeling fitter, healthier and stronger.
