You can register your interest for a taster session above by clicking on which gym you would like to claim your session at.
There is a very quick form to fill out in which you can state which day and time you would like to have your session. A member of the team will then be in touch to get you set up.
At your session you will be welcomed to the gym by one of our fantastic trainers who will discuss with you what your current goals are as well as answering any questions you may have.
The trainer will then take you through a 45-minute workout that suits your goals and fitness ability and that is at an intensity level that is just right for you.
Your trainer will also be able to give you loads of advice on how to train effectively and safely as well as provide helpful tips on nutrition, so you are on the right track to achieving results in the gym and feeling fitter, stronger and healthier.
