We understand that coming to a PT can be a daunting experience and that is why we strive to make your journey with us as smooth, comfortable, and fun as possible.
If you are looking for a new PT in Manchester or Liverpool, then look no further than the PT’s we have at our three gyms based there. We have two city centre based PT gyms, one in Manchester and one in Liverpool. Our third gym is in Speke, South Liverpool and is easily accessible from surrounding areas.
Getting in contact with us
The first contact you have with us is through an enquiry. You will speak with a member of our team to book a free consultation at one of our Manchester or Liverpool PT gyms.
You can then come in and see our gym spaces for yourself. We will walk you though the equipment we have and hopefully you will be able to see some PT sessions taking place on the gym floor so you get a feel for how we work.
Once decided, our team member will match you with one of our PT’s. We will try to match you with the PT that can best help you achieve your specific goals. You will then be put in touch and begin looking at booking in your first session.

Do I need to train and lose weight before I come to a PT?
No. The PT’s at ABS are trained to work with clients of all fitness levels. From those clients who feel at home in the gym to those clients who have never set foot in one. It is the PT’s job to make the experience work for your fitness level. This means that your training sessions will be tailored to you and your goals. If you have never trained before, your PT will be on hand to walk you through everything and make you feel comfortable with the exercises and the equipment.
PT sessions at ABS run for 45 minutes. This gives you ample time to get round the equipment you need to with your PT.
Yes. Your PT will guide you through the entire session from start to finish.
We have a fantastic team of PT’s at ABS. The PT’s across all three of our gyms are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They will welcome you into the gym space and work hard with you to get you on the right track to achieving your goals.

The PT’s at ABS receive weekly education and training.
This is to ensure they are always pushing as hard as possible, understand the latest techniques and are providing the very best service to their clients. We do this because we understand the importance of always pushing for more, both in knowledge and in practice.
Our six week transformation is now recognised as the go to programme if you want to get in shape fast. Our personal trainers know exactly how to push each individual client to get the best results.
