TRAP BAR DEADLIFT FORM
The Trap Bar Deadlift is a full-body exercise that targets the hips and legs.

Before you begin, make sure that your feet are placed at roughly hip distance apart. When in a good position with the bar in front of you, take the handle grips, ensuring they are gripped well and in the same position on either side.

Before coming back up, make sure your are nice and steady in the centre and your back is flat. Your back should remain flat throughout each rep.

To start the exercise, start by pulling your shoulder blades back and press up with the legs and drive the hips forward. The finish position will be fully upright.
4.
Return slowly each time. Ensure you are focusing on your hips and not your legs.
