I have been training at ABS now for around 12 months and the constant progression in my results is astonishing. Overall, I have lost over 13 pounds of weight (yes, I’m lighter in the after picture), dropped 10% body fat drop and gained a huge amount of lean muscle.
My goals have varied throughout the year, with my training and nutrition programmes being changed accordingly by my trainer. Everything we have done has been sustainable and allowed me to be consistent.
