OUR FAVOURITE DIET? CARB BACKLOADING
An approach that encourages you to eat all your carbs later in the day, carb backloading is good for those who can handle carbs well or are looking to build muscle.
If you’re a beginner to nutrition and fitness, we recommend starting out on the standard 7 day carb cycle, then switch to carb backloading at week 3 or 4 depending on your progress.
Not only is it easy to follow, it’s not overly strict and will get you the initial results you want.
Recipe of the month
- 1 tin of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 table spoons of curry powder (hot)
- 2 table spoons tomato purée
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 3 chicken breasts diced
- sprinkle or pinch of chilli flakes
