Fat loss is one of the most common goals clients come to us with. We have trained hundreds of clients across the UK who have come to us looking for a helping hand to lose weight, boost their fitness and feel healthier.
At ABS our personal trainers are experts in designing bespoke approaches for each client to help them to achieve fat loss and transform their body. We do this by working hard to understand your goals, current fitness levels and lifestyle outside of the gym.

Our renowned 6 Week Transformation programme is ideal if you are looking to achieve great results in a short amount of time. You receive 3 one-to-one sessions a week along with your tailored training and nutrition plan that will be designed to push you towards great results.
Our longer-term programmes are designed for client’s who want to achieve life-changing results. Our monthly options are spread over 3 or 4 months depending on what works best for you. The longer-term nature of these programmes allows our trainers to hone you training and nutrition over time, so you are achieving the very best results.
On these programmes you can train as little as once a week and as much as 5 times a week, depending on what suits you best.
We understand that 6 and 16 weeks may not work for you, so we have a bespoke service that we use to design a programme that suits you and your time limit. We have done 4 week transformations, wedding weight loss and summer holiday programmes of varying lengths, and much more. Whatever your time limit we can find a way to design a programme to suit you.
