16 Week Programme
Our popular 16 week transformation programme is designed to provide excellent long-term, sustainable results. The programme helps clients to continuously improve over a 4 month period, allowing the personal trainers more time to fine tune training and nutrition plans which all help in achieving the very best results for clients.
This programme is suited to our clients that are looking to achieve more long term goals, including; life changing transformations, muscle gain and maintaining a certain body goal all year round.
What you get with the programme.
On the programme you can decide to train from one to five times a week in the gym with you personal trainer.
As with our other programmes, your 16 Week journey starts with a free consultation with a member of our team. In the consultation you will talk through your body goals and what you want to achieve from the programme.
From this, your personal trainer will develop an approach that works for you. We take body fat readings which will help us to adapt the programme to suit you, as well as monitor your progress.
1-5 PT Sessions a week
On our 16 Week Transformation programme you can decide to train between 1-5 times a week with your personal trainer. Each session is 45 minutes long.
You will work with your PT to decide which days and at which times you will train so that the training suits your schedule.
The sessions will be tailored to suit your 16 week goals and your fitness levels. Your PT will be with you every step of the way to ensure you are getting the absolute most from every session.
You will also be given a bespoke training plan to follow outside of your sessions with us.
Tailored Nutrition Plan
To compliment your training in the gym you will be provided with a tailored nutrition plan that you will help to design with your personal trainer.
It will be made bespoke to suit your goals, tastes and lifestyle.
The plan will be varied and can be adapted over the 16 weeks if needed.
We can also provide you with an additional supplement plan if needed. Like your nutrition plan, the supplement guide will be tailored to suit you.
body composition
On the 16 week programme we will review your process by using our state-of-the-art body fat machine.
This machine is able to give incredibly accurate readings about your body composition. It will enable your trainer to tailor the programme to suit you, both in terms of your training and nutrition.
Throughout the 16 weeks, you will be able to review your progress in fantastic detail and your trainer will be able to adapt the programme as you go depending on your readings.
