Really Easy & Delicious Protein Pancakes!
If you are looking for a super simple but delicious treat in the week, then you cannot go wrong with this recipe. All you need is:
For the pancake batter:
▪️1 egg
▪️3 egg whites
▪️1 scoop vanilla protein powder
▪️1/2 teaspoon baking power
For the toppings:
▪️100g Greek yogurt (We used Skyr)
▪️3 strawberries chopped
▪️handful of blueberries
▪️drizzle of honey
Method:
-Blend together the ingredients for the pancake batter.
-Then melt half a teaspoon of butter on a hot pan and pour half of the batter into the pan (depending on pan size)
-Cook the pancake on both sides
-Once cooked you can add the toppings as you wish.
In total a serving provides:
46g of protein
400calories
