Getting to our Belgravia gym from across the Chelsea area could not be easier. Arriving to the gym by car from across Chelsea takes between 10-20 minutes. The closest Tube stop to the gym is Victoria which can be reached from stations such as Sloane Square. You can also walk to the gym from Chelsea in around 30-40 minutes.

Our Programmes
We have a full range of personal training programmes that can be tailored to suit your individual goals, fitness levels and lifestyle. We can cater for clients who have short and longer term goals. Our 6 week and 16 week transformation programmes are two of our most popular programmes for achieving results.
Beyond these we have monthly programmes along with vegan/vegetarian and post-natal services. Our team of personal trainers will work closely with you to ensure whichever programme you choose is made bespoke to suit you.
PERSONAL TRAINING 1-1 OR IN A PAIR
At ABS we specialise in personal training one-to-one but we also provide the option to train in a pair on all of our programmes. This can be a great option not only so you can split the cost of personal training between you and a friend or relative but also because we find it can help motivate you when you train with someone you know.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING

You personal trainer will book sessions in with you at times and on days that work around your lifestyle. Sessions in the gym are 45 minutes long and are tailored to your goals, fitness levels and gym experience.

Our personal training gym in London is based on Buckingham Palace Rd and is the perfect place for you to start your transformation in the capital. Located opposite The Clermont Hotel and Victoria Station, it is a short drive or Tube journey from bustling Chelsea.
We are based at 60 Buckingham Palace Rd, SW1W 0AH. Visitors and clients can access the gym via the main entrance at Number 60. Local bus services run along Buckingham Palace Rd from Chelsea and nearby train stations include Victoria. The nearest Tube stop is Victoria. Green Park and St James Park are a short walk away.

FAQs
We have a range of programme lengths available at our gyms. On our programmes, you can train between 1-6 times a week depending on what suits your schedule. On our 6 week transformation programme we advise at least 3 times a week in order to see the best results. Ultimately, the decision is yours. If you only want to train once a week, that is fine. We work around you and your lifestyle.
On the whole, most of our clients train with us 1-2-1. However, if you do not wish to train alone we do offer partner training on all of our programmes. When you train in a pair you can split the cost of whichever training programme you choose at our gym. Our partner training can be a great way to keep you on target and motivated towards your goals, as you can mutually support each other through the programme. You still receive 1-2-1 support from the trainer during the session and you both receive independent training and nutrition plans to follow depending on your goals, fitness levels and lifestyle.
Yes. All of our gyms are easily accessible via public transport. In Liverpool city centre, our Castle Street gym is only a short walk from Moorfields underground train station and close to bus stops at the top of Castle Street and Dale St. Liverpool Central station is about 10-15 minutes away too. In Manchester, our gym on Peter St is close to tram and bus stops in St Peter’s Square and a short walk from Manchester Deansgate and Oxford Road train stations. ABS South Liverpool is based just off Speke Boulevard and can be easily accessed by locals bus services. Hunts Cross train station is also close by. Typically our gyms are open from 06:00. We do offer training before this time but that is usually something that can be decided between you and your trainer. Our last sessions tend to be around 20:00.
This is absolutely not necessary. We work with such a varied client base, from those who train all the time and love the gym, to clients who have never set foot in a gym before. There is no need to try and get fit before you come to us as it is our job to help you find the right approach to fitness and nutrition so you can train safely and sustainably. No matter where you are up to in your fitness journey, we will adapt our methods to make our programmes work for you. Our aim is to help you feel fitter, healthier and stronger. There is also no need to lose weight before coming to us. Like with your training we will develop and approach to nutrition that works for you.
Yes. We have worked with loads of clients after they have had a baby. We tailor the training and nutrition every step of the way to ensure we are training sensibly and carefully. We have also worked with clients throughout their pregnancy.
