
Hill Dickinson, the international law firm with offices across the UK, has partnered with ABS to deliver weekly staff group workout sessions designed to enhance employee health, wellbeing and team engagement. Each week, up to twenty-five employees take part in these dedicated 45-minute training sessions, which are led by three of our highly experienced personal trainers. The workouts are carefully structured to be inclusive, adaptable and enjoyable for participants of all fitness levels. Whether someone is taking their first steps into regular exercise or already has an established routine, our trainers ensure that every individual feels supported, challenged and confident throughout.
