Our Programmes:
We have a full range of personal training programmes that can bought as gift vouchers. The programme you buy will be tailored to suit the individual goals, fitness levels and lifestyle of the recipient.
We can cater for clients who have short and longer term goals. Our 6 week and 16 week transformation programmes are two of our most popular programmes for achieving results.
Beyond these we have monthly programmes along with vegan/vegetarian and post-natal services.
We also offer partner training on all of our programmes, so if you would like to train with the person you are buying a gift voucher for, that is absolutely fine. It can be a great way to achieve you goals.
