Who can do it
Our personal trainers are happy to train clients in groups of two, but avoid higher numbers than this to keep coaching quality high.
You can follow the same six-week transformation or 16 week programme we give to individual clients.
The benefits of personal training in a pair can help with commitment to the programme and some of our best transformations have come from partner training.
Not only can it help to keep you motivated, but (whisper it) it’s cheaper in a two!
