I started at ABS to improve my health and fitness with the goal of being able to do more with my grandkids as well as looking and feeling better. At the beginning I struggled with general mobility and low strength. My trainer was great, ensuring I used good technique with constant progression. I have dropped just under two stone in weight and I can now can move so much easier both in and out of the gym. I can even leg press 160kg and race people up the steps at the train station!
