A massive shoutout this week to our client Kris who has been training with his personal trainer at our gym in Leeds.
Training with his pt Simon over the past 16 weeks, Kris could not have given any more to his training and nutrition plan. Just to cite some of Kris’ headline figures… Over the past 4 month at the gym in Leeds Kris has lost a total of 10.2lbs in fat, shed 6.2% off his body fat and gained a seriously impressive 8.4lbs of muscle.
That is a huge increase in muscle and as you can see from his before and after photos, he has achieved very noticeable definition and shape to his body.
