6 Week Transformation
Our renowned 6 Week Transformation programme is one of our most popular plans and is ideal if you’re looking to achieve incredible short-term results.
Training x3 times a week in the gym with your dedicated personal trainer, you will very quickly begin to see results and to feel fitter, healthier and stronger.
Your trainer will work with you to design a fully bespoke and comprehensive nutrition plan that will guide you with meal ideas for each day of the week.
Your nutrition plan will be designed to not only compliment your goals and training, but we want it to be suitable to your tastes and lifestyle.
12 & 16 Week Transformations
Our longer-term programme options are designed for client’s who want to achieve more sustainable, life-changing results.
We have a 12-week and 16-week programme and because these plans are spread over several months it allows our trainers to adapt and develop your training and nutrition over time, meaning we can ensure you are always on the right track and pushing for the very best results.
On these programmes you can train as little as once a week, and as much as 5 times a week depending on what suits you best.
Bespoke Programmes
We understand that 6, 12 and 16 weeks may not work for you, so we have a bespoke service that we use to design a programme that suits you and your time limit. We have done 12 week transformations, wedding weight loss and summer holiday programmes of varying lengths, and much more. Whatever your time limit we can find a way to design a programme to suit you.
The best way to design a bespoke approach is to book a free consultation at one of our gyms so we can sit down and look at what we can do together.
PARTNER TRAINING
We understand that coming to the gym alone can be intimidating, and that having someone by your side can really help you to stay motivated and on track.
Because of this we have the option to train with a partner on all of our programmes.
We have found that this approach can help clients to achieve incredible results and it is an enjoyable experience to train with a friend, colleague or relative.
You receive the same bespoke training and nutrition plans as clients do who train individually as you both may have different goals. You will also receive the same level of attention and care from your personal trainer.
An added bonus is that you can split the cost between you!
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN OUR PROGRAMMES?
Our programmes include:
- Bespoke training plan to suit you. These plans are designed around your goals, fitness levels and your lifestyle outside of the gym. You trainer will also educate you in the training you do. They are there to ensure you are employing the correct technique in every rep and set. This can make all the difference.
- Personalised nutrition plan. Similar to your training plan, together with your personal trainer, you will design a plan that suits you and compliments your goals and training.
- Education on food and nutrition. Your plan will help you to understand what you need to be including in your weekly food plan to stay on track with your fitness.
- Body fat measurements. We take body fat measurements throughout your programme. This is to enable us to tailor the programme to you and adapt it as you achieve results.
- Regular communication with your dedicated trainer. We will message you throughout the week to see how you are getting on with your training and nutrition outside of the gym. You can also message us to ask questions as you go.
PERSONAL TRAINING
At ABS we have a fantastic team of personal trainers who understand exactly how to tailor our programmes to each client’s individual needs.
We take into account our client’s initial goals, their current fitness levels and what their lifestyle is like outside of the gym.
We use this as a starting point, along with your body fat test results, to create an approach that will work for you.
If you have never set foot in a gym before, that is no problem. We will develop a programme that puts you on the right track. If you are a regular gym goer, we will look at what you do now and what we need to change to help you achieve even more.
Our personal trainers will be there every step of the way to support you through your programme, both inside and outside of the gym and we will tweak your programme as needed as we go through.

Beyond this, clients come to us to achieve goals centered around health & mental wellbeing. Our trainers have also worked with clients wanting to address a medical condition or individuals who require specialist training because of a disability.
