Terms and Conditions for ABS 6 Week Transformation Competition:

Entrants to the free prize draw are bound by these terms and conditions.

• One winner will be selected from all valid entries and will receive a bespoke 6 week transformation programme at a gym of their choice. They must be able to start the programme the week commencing Monday 8th November 2021.
• Only residents in the UK aged 18 or over are eligible to enter.
• Employees of the Promoter or any business involved or associated with the prize draw, any of the Promoter’s agencies and any of their parent and/or affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ eligibility.
• Prize is non-refundable, cannot be changed and no cash alternative can be given.
• To enter the prize draw, entrants can:
  • Enter through our online competition form which can be accessed via the link in our Instagram bio. (The entry form is hosted on SurveyMonkey)
  • For a second entry, follow Absolute Body Solutions on Instagram and tag two friends who might be interested in entering into the comments section.
  • For a third entry, entrants can share they post to their story on Instagram.
• Entrants can enter in all ways to increase their chances when the winner is randomly selected.
• The prize draw opens Tuesday 19th October 2021 and will close at 12:00 on Friday 5th November 2021.
• The winner will be chosen completely at random from all valid entries submitted prior to and including Friday 5th November 2021. The winner will be randomly chosen in the same week.
• The winner will be notified using the contact details they provided. Proof of age may be required.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the prize draw, the decision of the Promoter is final.
• Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will only be disclosed/shared to a third party if explicit consent is given by the entrant either during or after the entry process.
• Any information submitted by the entrant must be personal to and relate specifically to the entrant. All entrants hereby warrant that the information which they submit and/or distribute will not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or any other rights of any third party.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove and disqualify any entry that does not adhere to these terms and conditions.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. Entrants agree that neither Facebook or Instagram shall have any liability in respect of this draw.
