The better your recovery is, the harder and more frequently you can train which leads to improved results. So what can you do for optimal recovery?
Top Workout Recovery Tips:
1️⃣ SLEEP! It sounds simple, but getting 7-8 hours of great quality sleep is the most important starting point for recovery. If you are having trouble sleeping, check out our blog on sleep which contains some top tips on getting a solid nights sleep.
2️⃣Epsom salt baths, aim to do this around once per week.
3️⃣ Do something you enjoy and importantly find relaxing for around 1 hour per day. That could be anything from seeing friends, playing on a play station to watching a film.
