Here are 5 of our top tips to help you design yourself a plan that will help you to achieve real, long term results.
1️⃣ Try to create a nutrition plan that suits your primary fitness goal. Think about what that is
2️⃣ Ensure your meal plans are realistic to follow over a period of time. Can you follow it long term
3️⃣ Don’t think that you have to remove all food sources, for example, the ones you really enjoy, try and work them into your plan in a healthy and complementary way
4️⃣ Make sure that your plan is sustainable so that you lose a healthy amount of weight each week. If you’re struggling to follow your plan, it is not right, so make changes
5️⃣ Allow yourself a cheat night once a week, this helps make your plan sustainable and rewards you for your hard work in the week
