Hundreds of clients have been through it, achieving sensational goals in what is only a little over a months’ worth of training.
The 6 Week programme suits clients that are looking to achieve short term goals. Perhaps for an upcoming holiday, wedding, or other special occasions. The programme can also be completed in a pair which helps if you want to split the cost and be motivated to train with a friend or relative.
The programme includes 3 one to one personal training sessions a week and each client receives a bespoke training and nutrition programme designed for them.
Recently, ABS trainer Liv decided that she wanted to undertake the 6 Week programme for herself. She trained under the guidance of fellow personal trainer Connor at our South Liverpool facility and we wanted to ask her some questions about why she wanted to take on the 6 week programme and how she found it.
Why the 6 week programme?
The 6 week programme is perfect to get results fast. It’s tailored to anyone whether they are experienced or inexperienced in the gym. I wanted to give it a go and see what I could achieve.
What did you want to achieve?
Mainly to bring my body fat percentage down which is exactly what we were able to achieve while building and retaining my strength and definition.
How did you find the training and nutrition involved in the programme?
As a personal trainer myself, I train very regularly, however it is a lot different when you’re on the other side. I was constantly pushed in each session with Connor and managed to lift weights I’d never thought I would ever be able to lift. I thoroughly enjoyed the training and was able to take a lot from it.
Nutrition wise, it was all tailored to me, so I was never eating bland boring foods that I don’t necessarily like. My protein intake was high so I could build and retain my muscle mass throughout the programme. Calories were dropped slightly and monitored each week to make sure I was on the right track throughout.
Would you recommend the programme to others?
Yes absolutely. It not only gives you that extra push physically and mentally to keep you motivated to achieve your goals, but it also educates you on your individual well-being, nutrition and aspects of training.
Liv achieved incredible results as you can see below. In total, she shed 7lbs and achieved some fantastic definition.
