Before Ashton became a personal trainer in Liverpool herself, she decided to go through her very own 12 week transformation.
Her goal was to gain an insight into what clients could achieve over a 3 month period. She was given a tailored training and nutrition plan which was designed with her fitness level and goals in mind.
As you can see from the before and after photo below, Ashton achieved incredible results. She lost body fat and achieved fantastic definition.
Talking about the process, Ashton said, “This gave me a great insight into what our clients go through on our programmes. I followed the training and nutrition plan closely and worked hard in the gym. I thoroughly enjoyed the process and was made up with the results I was able to achieve just by following my plan and being consistent.”
